Thank you for your interest in joining the First UU Church of Nashville, also known as FUUN!

Your next steps:

  • COMING SOON: Attend a Connections Session, offered once a month, to learn the basics of Unitarian Universalism & the history of FUUN.
  • Complete a New Member Interest Form located HERE .
  • Attend the New Member Orientation which is offered on Sundays twice a year. The sessions are a hybrid model- some content will be covered in-person while the remaining content will be available online to be reviewed between sessions at your own pace. Our next orientation sessions will be April 14 & 21, 2024 (11:30am-3:30pm). REGISTER FOR THE APRIL ORIENTATION.
  • If you decide to become a member, attend Member Sunday with a Signing Ceremony. Our next Member Sunday will be April 28 at 10AM.
  • Get to know our congregation by attending our Wednesday night dinners, Faith Development classes (held Wednesday nights, 7-8:30 p.m., and Sunday mornings).

FUUN Orientation

Interested in joining our congregation? Our FUUN Orientation introduces new members to Unitarian Universalism, FUUN, and each other.

The FUUN Orientation (required prior to signing the membership book) is held two to three times a year. This is an interactive class with activities and discussion focused on your past and present religious experiences, the history of Unitarian Universalism and FUUN, and stewardship.
